Make It Reign

The DEO may be going non-lethal, but their enemies sure aren't.  Supergirl Season 3 Episode 22 saw its first casualty of this new era when Winn's fancy new shield failed to protect an agent against the Dark Kryptonians.  Now Winn is struggling with the weight of that failure.  Of course, it's not his fault the agent died. He knew the risks when he signed up for this gig, and that shield was pretty powerful. It couldn't stand up to three Kryptonians at once,... more

Not Kansas

Kara has great instincts ... mostly.  Supergirl Season 3 Episode 21 spent a reasonable amount of time on how Kara's instincts are usually right, but where were they when Reign simply went "poof"?  She may have been right that something was amiss on Argo, but how did she not even think twice that maybe Reign wasn't wholly gone before just high-tailing it off of the planet? Look, I'm on board with the idea that Kara deserves a break and some time for herself. ... more

Dark Side of the Moon

Nothing is ever easy, is it? All Kara needed to do was get some of this black rock, but she discovered that the very thing she needed to save Sam, was also the very thing keeping her mother and fellow Kryptonians alive.  Wait, what? Supergirl Season 3 Episode 20 revealed that Kara's mother is alive and living on a meteor that is being sustained by black Kryptonite stuff!  This is crazy, right? First of all, how many colors of Kryptonite... more

Supergirl: Did Imra Make the Right Decision with Pestilence on 'Supergirl'? News | TVBuzer

Did Imra Make the Right Decision with Pestilence on 'Supergirl'?

With the third Worldkiller finally active, and the Legion's mission to come back to Supergirl's time and stop her before she turns into Blight revealed, Supergirl showed a clash in ideology between Imra (Saturn Girl) and Kara. As they attempted to unveil the identity of Pestilence in Supergirl season 3 episode 16, Imra's vision of killing the Worldkiller before she left a permanent mark on the world put her at odds with Kara, who just wants to help save those that are stuck within, i.e. Julia. Two Women with Op... more

Supergirl: Could Pestilence Be the Real Villain of 'Supergirl' Season 3? News | TVBuzer

Could Pestilence Be the Real Villain of 'Supergirl' Season 3?

Supergirl has never been that adept in creating villains. However, season 3's central baddie, Reign, has charged into the show like a charismatic wrecking ball. She's everything a Supergirl antagonist needs. Reign is fierce, terrifying and (due to her "secret identity" of Sam) highly sympathetic.  Sam and Reign, but especially the former, have been such great additions to more

absolutely agree with these guys the show is not good not even worth comments about. anyhow because of crossovers I watch. the flash ok arrow good DC LOT between ok and good

The writers did a horrible work. The show seems to be pandering to an audience of 13 year old feminists rather than the comic book fans. The political propaganda pushing they did in season 2 made the show not worth watching. Though the show sucked in season 1, everybody had high hopes for the season 2; including me. But the way the show went into season 2 itself made even the DC fans doubt if the show would be anywhere near good. Instead of trying to push the leftist political propaganda, they must've put more effort in atoning the damage already made to the character's reputation after the first horrible season. The reason Jessica Jones succeeded was because the focus of the show was to make a comic book character come to life on the TV screen, not to indoctrinate the audience with political ideology or propaganda of any sorts.
As a DC fan, am really gutted with what the producers and the writers did with the character that was supposed to be the lead female representative of the Arro
