Winn Must Face His Father's Final Prank

Supergirl is back. After taking a long break, with an episode that didn't feel like it was wrapping up much of anything, season 3 resumes. This episode, titled "Schott Through the Heart," proves how oddly timed the break is. It has nothing do with the whole Reign saga (at all). Yet, thankfully, "Schott Through the Heart," as the name suggests, manages to be very gratifying, all by focusing on one of Supergirl's best (and most underrated) characters, Winn Schott. It's not the most natural ... more

Schott Through the Heart

Poor Winn. Unfortunately for him, tragic childhoods are a way of the world for members of a superhero series.  We knew his father was in prison for murder, but until Supergirl Season 3 Episode 14, we didn't know why his mom wasn't in his life.  It's hard to blame him for being skeptical when she showed up after all these years. His father wasn't even in the ground yet when she waltzed in out of the blue at his funeral.  Who wouldn't be skeptical... more

Everyone Battles for Control of the Second Worldkiller

Since Supergirl's return from winter break, season 3 has been on a hot streak of episodes. The deep dive into the Reign storyline has invigorated Supergirl like never before, giving some very tense and action-packed installment. Now that streak is coming to an end -- or at least hitting the pause button. This episode, titled "Both Sides Now," is the last before a nine-week break for Supergirl, where Legends of Tomorrow will take over its timeslot. It is rather annoying that ... more

Supergirl: 'Supergirl' Needs More of the Friendship Between James and Winn News | TVBuzer

'Supergirl' Needs More of the Friendship Between James and Winn

Though the pair originally started out as frenemies on Supergirl, Winn and James have grown close, especially over the last two seasons. Their friendship seems to be the one part of their lives that is "normal," or whatever anyone with an alien as a friend can call normal. As Winn dealt with the death of his father and arrival of his mother in season 3 episode 14, James clearly helped him through it, and it just shows how far their friendship has come, even though we've seen so little of it. James and Winn's Bromance more

'Supergirl' Hasn't Earned Kara and Mon-El's Romantic Reunion

Of all Kara's misfortunes on Supergirl, her love life has been one of the most consistently terrible. Kara, like any good hero, can't seem to make a relationship work. Whether she's sending her boyfriends away due to lead poisoning or suddenly realizing she's just not that into them, Kara's romantic track record sucks. However, the longer that Supergirl season 3 goes on the more it seems like Kara is going to reun... more

Supergirl: 3 Crazy Theories About the Third Worldkiller on 'Supergirl' News | TVBuzer

3 Crazy Theories About the Third Worldkiller on 'Supergirl'

Supergirl doesn't really need another villain for season 3. Reign has proved to be more than enough obstacle for Kara and the gang. That hasn't stopped the show from moving forward with the idea that Reign isn't the only Worldkiller.  The last Supergirl episode before the show's break, "Both Sides Now," revealed the second Worldkiller, Purity, but there's still one more to go. Considering how more

The writers did a horrible work. The show seems to be pandering to an audience of 13 year old feminists rather than the comic book fans. The political propaganda pushing they did in season 2 made the show not worth watching. Though the show sucked in season 1, everybody had high hopes for the season 2; including me. But the way the show went into season 2 itself made even the DC fans doubt if the show would be anywhere near good. Instead of trying to push the leftist political propaganda, they must've put more effort in atoning the damage already made to the character's reputation after the first horrible season. The reason Jessica Jones succeeded was because the focus of the show was to make a comic book character come to life on the TV screen, not to indoctrinate the audience with political ideology or propaganda of any sorts.
As a DC fan, am really gutted with what the producers and the writers did with the character that was supposed to be the lead female representative of the Arro
