Episode Summary: Struggling to heal from her injuries inflicted by Reign, Supergirl remains in a dreamlike state, unable to be reached. Mon-El recruits one of the Legion members, Brainiac-5, to try to bring her back. Meanwhile, Reign continues her rampage on the city so the DEO teams up with the Legion of Super-Heroes to try to stop her.

Winter Premiere Can the Legion Take Down Reign?

The Supergirl winter finale, "Reign," raised the stakes considerably for the season and the series. Kara's alive! What, you mean you're not completely shocked to learn that she survived on Supergirl Season 3 Episode 10 after spending a few days in a coma?  While we may not have needed Mon-El's knowledge from the future to know that she would eventually wake up, it was still enjoyable watching the process.  We have a new character, and he's one who definitely needs to stick around for awhile. 'Supergirl' Needs More of the Friendship Between James and Winn

Though the pair originally started out as frenemies on Supergirl, Winn and James have grown close, especially over the last two seasons. Their friendship seems to be the one part of their lives that is "normal," or whatever anyone with an alien as a friend can call normal.
